“Our mission to inform and educate our clients on the unparalleled beauty and cultural significance of the ruby led us to creating the Ruby Masterclass with GIA. We have encountered some challenges with the completion rate of the masterclass and are looking for ways to enhance the brand experience for our clients.”​​

The Solution​

As an extension of the Faidee brand, it was important for us to align the Ruby Masterclass online experience with the brand strategy. With this lens throughout, we worked on improving the entire consumer journey and experience, including brand personalization, the creation of on-brand gamification elements, the production of a promotional trailer, and user experience design to ensure a seamless journey for Faidee clients. Additionally, we assisted in creating the Ruby Masterclass Instagram account, serving as a closed invite-only platform for community building among the target audience.​
