The Ask

“We are an online homemade bakery that specializes in customized cakes and pastries. We needed guidance to help us grow our brand so that we can increase our sales and brand awareness.”

The Solution​

The brand of Pear Blossom Cakes had grown organically, but the client needed guidance on how to strengthen the brand and effectively portray their vision, expertise, and services. After reviewing the brand’s social media channels, STRE concluded that the first step of action was to define the brand DNA and concept. Building a solid foundation for the brand allowed the client to ground themselves and gain confidence in what Pear Blossom stands for—with its brand purpose, positioning, value proposition, and personality.

Once the brand DNA and concept were set, it paved the way for STRE to develop the brand CI manual, providing a clear system for the client on how to properly utilize their logo, fonts, and color palette across their creative and marketing executions. STRE also provided a photoshoot guide, social media templates, and online menu designs to effectively express the brand, ensure consistency, and strengthen the brand long-term.​
